The other part that is important is practical experience, not just training clients but working with them. It's been years of being a student of others habits and hiccups while practicing paying attention to the individual details that will lead them to their success. It also helps that I started at the bottom aka frustrated with how I felt and looked in my body. I have spent time being fat, skinny, athletic and all things in between. Lived years in my cardio bunny era with 9 marathons under my belt, "clean" eater, you name it. I did it the "right" way no gimmicks and I never could stay where I wanted. The problem is I just didn't have the information correct. Thank goodness for a curious nature and a chip on my shoulder that would not settle for fitness and nutrition being this stressful. That journey led me to here and I would like to share what I have learned.
