A lot more people than you realize have or will have one or both of these things. And I get asked about it all the time. I have both!!
The answer no one wants to hear is you cannot get rid of it. But you can improve the appearance by adding a few things to your every day routine.
Eat a nutrient diet (mostly) with protein, carbohydrates, fats and lots of micronutrients.
Use sunblock, reduce direct sun exposure and keep skin moisturized.
Minimize alcohol.
STAY HYDRATED, drink water!!
Build muscle by resistance training with machines or weights.
Don't skip cardio.
Minimize excess fat.
Keep in mind nothing outside of a medical procedure is a one and done fix. These things can really improve appearance if done consistently over time.
