Cellulite & Crepey skin....what I've learned so far!

A lot more people than you realize have or will have one or both of these things. And I get asked about it all the time. I have both!!


The answer no one wants to hear is you cannot get rid of it. But you can improve the appearance by adding a few things to your every day routine.


  • Eat a nutrient diet (mostly) with protein, carbohydrates, fats and lots of micronutrients.

  • Use sunblock, reduce direct sun exposure and keep skin moisturized.

  • Minimize alcohol.

  • STAY HYDRATED, drink water!!

  • Build muscle by resistance training with machines or weights.

  • Don't skip cardio.

  • Minimize excess fat.


Keep in mind nothing outside of a medical procedure is a one and done fix. These things can really improve appearance if done consistently over time.
