Marketing is real and it works, period.
When it comes to your nutrition, trusting a marketing team whose aim is to make money is not who I'd put my health or physique goals in the hands of.
How can you protect yourself from this?
READ THE NUTRTION PANEL (check the serving size) and ignore the buzz words:
all natural
high protein
keto friendly
gluten free
whole grain
low fat
baked not fried
no added sugar
high fiber
etc.
All food is fuel (aka energy). There are no good foods or bad foods. There ARE foods that have a higher amount of micronutrients and foods that are highly palatable but they are not good nor bad. You get to chose what you consume so let's start by educating ourselves on what we are consuming.
