X You don't have to enter the holiday season with the expectation of gaining weight.

X You don't have to over indulge all month to try to undo it in January.

X You don't have to abandon all habits just because there is a holiday party every weekend.


--> You can do your normal daily routine all the other times outside of the holiday events.

--> You can be mindful of how much alcohol and food you consume at your holiday events.

--> You can start building those resolutions now.
