This is going to be a short and sweet tidbit post today.
Did you know...the most calories burned comes what you do all day vs what you do in the gym?
Training, workouts and cardio all utilize (aka burn) calories but the movement you do the other 20+ hours is the real burner. What they say - park further at the store, use the stairs instead of the elevator is all true. Even doing your daily chores will play into those calories used. Minimize sittin' and let's move.
