I get a ton of questions on what supplements are best to take and my answer is always it depends.
Unless you have a specific deficiency (get your blood work done) and your doctor recommends something, it really is personal preference. A few things to keep in mind; Taking supplements won't fix or undo habits that do not align with your goals and taking them inconsistently will also not be beneficial.
My best advice is get consistent with your movement, nutrition, hydration and sleep before spending money on supplements. -Lyn
