Do you feel like you are training hard, but the scale isn't budging and clothes are not any looser?
You might need to look at what you are doing outside of the gym or off the court. We put a lot of effort in our workouts (this is great, I love it) but it may be what we are doing the rest of the day that is stalling our progress. The biggest use of energy, aka calories 'burned' comes from what you do most of your day.
Let me give you an example. You trained hard for 60 minutes and then sat at a desk for 8 hours or gave yourself permission to be a sloth because you trained so hard. So outside of that 60 minutes your movement was very minimal. That is where we need to make some adjustments.
This doesn't mean you can never relax, it just means you may need to be more mindful of how much or how little your everyday movement can impact your overall health and physique.
