You're doing too much!!

Most times more is not better. And when it comes to nutrition and fitness that absolutely applies.

Have you or someone you know tried 75 Hard, 21 day Fix or 6 week Shred (to name a few) or any trendy start/stop nutrition or workout plan? It works when you work it, for sure! But then you reach the end date and all the restriction and hard work goes down the drain because you go back to your pre-trendy quick fix habits and what do you know, all the results fade away. The answer is not to try it again or the next flashy plan either.

The key to lasting change is singular small updates in daily habits. Things that you can do that may take a bit of effort, mindfulness or planning but is something that you can actually fit into your life while living your normal life, one thing at a time.

Slow and steady wins the race.
